Stretch80

Stretch80 is a ridiculously tall apartment complex that towers over the city, with an incredible view of Uptown, Downtown, and the bay itself. No one knows how the owner got the zoning permissions to build it there, and a lot of people were incredibly upset about it, but it's a little late for that now. This complex is made up entirely of artist lofts with high ceilings, and the building itself also has multiple art galleries, a gym, a huge entertainment room, a pottery studio, a music studio, a yoga room, free laundry, classrooms, lounges, a mixed media studio, storage lockers, a dance studio, a communal kitchen area, and more, all available for the residents to use for free. There are numerous penthouse apartments with in-home skylights and roof gardens, and it is a pet friendly space. As I'm sure you can imagine, they cost a small fortune to rent.
